JulieAnn obtained her M.A. in English from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and earned her J.D./M.B.A. from University of Missouri Kansas City in 2001. JulieAnn became a member of the Missouri Bar in 2002. Her legal career started with a mid-sized St. Louis firm doing insurance defense for mainly trucking, nursing home and asbestos cases.
